About our Returns Policy
At Buyrite Solutions, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase made from us.
We recommend you immediately inspect any goods that are delivered to you from our store, or from one of our suppliers to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods ensuring that the goods are of acceptable quality and match the description we have provided to you.
This Returns Policy applies where you make a purchase either via the phone or online from our website.
Your Right to Cancel your Order (Right of Withdrawal)
Subject to the terms set out below, you have the right to cancel your Order and return the goods, any time before and up to seven (7) working days starting from the day after the goods are received by you, provided the goods are in perfect condition and the packaging remains in an ‘as new’ state, and provided that ;
(a) You will be responsible for the cost to return the goods to us. A full refund of the value of the goods will be made upon our receipt of the returned goods.
(c) Items which contain a security seal can only be returned if the security seal has not been broken or tampered with.
(d) Special order goods cannot be refunded or exchanged. E.g. mineral mix and grass seed.
(e) Items which require temperature control and any un used, opened or out of date veterinary products can be returned, unfortunately no refunds can be given for these.
Prior to returning the goods, please contact our Office. We recommend you use a reliable insured carrier to return the goods. If you prefer, Buyrite Solutions can organise the pickup and charge it to your account.
This Returns Policy is in accordance with The European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 97/7/EC) and the European Communities (Protection of Consumers in Respect of Contracts made by means of Distance Communication) Regulations 2001 as amended.
Your Consumer Rights
Consumer contracts are protected by the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 (as amended) (“the Act”) and other applicable legislation.
Under the Act the purchaser of goods has a number of rights, including that:
(a) Goods must be of merchantable quality – goods should be of reasonable quality taking into account what they are meant to do, their durability and their price; and
(b) Goods must be fit for their purpose – they must do what they are reasonably expected to do; and
(c) Goods must be as described - the buyer must not be misled into buying something by the description of goods or services given orally by a salesperson or an advertisement.
These rights cannot be excluded and are in addition to any extended warranty you may purchase or any voluntary manufacturer’s warranty you may be given.
There may be circumstances where you are not entitled to a refund.

Goods Damaged in Transit
If any goods are delivered to you are damaged, please contact our office within three (3) working days of delivery. We will arrange to have the damaged goods returned and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging.
Refunds will be made by us via the method of payment you used to make your purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) days of receipt by us of the returned goods (as set out herein) or cancellation of the Order as the case may be.
Return of Faulty Goods
You can contact the Office and they will assist you with any return or repairs. This may include inspection of the goods, arranging for the goods to be sent for repair, or providing you with a replacement.
Prior to returning the goods by post or courier, please contact our office, who will be able to advise whether the goods are still under manufacturer guarantee.
If any goods cannot be easily returned to us due to their size, the fault or because they have been affixed or installed in your premises, please contact our office and we will arrange an inspection to assess the goods.
Where we consider the goods have breached your consumer rights, any reasonable shipping costs to return the goods to us will be at our cost.
Repair of Faulty Goods
Goods returned for repair will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time. You may be provided with an indicative repair time, which time may vary due to reasons beyond ours or the repairer’s reasonable control, such as part availability and incorrect fault description.
You may be required to pay labour, assessment and/or freight fees, such as where goods are assessed to have been damaged by misuse or accident, or where your rights under the Act or any manufacturer’s warranty do not apply. We may provide you with an indicative fee, which fee may vary due to reasons beyond our control.
In some circumstances, goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.

Payment for goods ordered should be made by credit card. You will receive confirmation that the transaction has been authorised and that your card has been debited. You will also receive a reference number with this confirmation, which will be required for any correspondence.
Alternatively payments may also be made by cheque. Please print the order from shopping basket and post this and the cheque to us at MagentaDirect, Dublin Road , Enniscorthy, Co.Wexford. We will dispatch the order on receipt of both items from you.
